Enhancing the Italian territory starting with the city of Lecco, Lake Como and Italy as a whole: this is the goal of the international project that Lecco businesswoman Loretta Lazzarini presented in the United States of America to more than 5,000 global real estate professionals.
A trip from Lecco to Las Vegas and New York, which ended a few days ago, brought Loretta Lazzarini and her daughter Ilaria Mauri to represent Italy during the Superstar Retreat, the most important world convention organized by the Mike Ferry Organization in which more than 5,000 of the most professionally qualified real estate agents participated. The United States, Canada, China, Greece, France, Belgium and Eastern Europe are just some of the countries of origin of the event’s participants.
To make our Italian territory known by illustrating an international project that highlights some of the real estate beauties of Lecco, Como, Bellagio, Varenna and prestigious and investment properties in the main cities of the Italian peninsula (Milan, Turin, Verona, Venice, Florence, Rome, Naples and Palermo).
“Our goal,” explains Loretta Lazzarini, “is to increasingly enhance and publicize the Italian territory starting with Lake Como, promoting international business to increase real estate buying and selling activities by foreign investors from all over the world.”
But not only that,” Lazzarini continued, “thanks to our international network, we offer our Italian clients the opportunity to be able to realize big dreams and buy real estate in the most prestigious locations in the world, such as buying a penthouse in New York, an apartment in Miami or a house in Dubai.”
After Las Vegas, the trip continued in the direction of New York, where Loretta Lazzarini presented the international program on Wall Street, the Big Apple’s financial district.
“The next stop,” concluded the Lecco entrepreneur, “will be a trip to European capitals including London, Paris, Brussels and Holland, where our territory will be the protagonist of the international project.”
