What requirements must I have to join the Network?

Certification proving that the company is registered in the competent Business Register or Certification proving professional qualification.
Company or professional’s resume.
Copy of the identity card of the legal representative and any persons in charge of the real estate brokerage business.
Self-certification regarding criminal record and pending charges.
Payment of the annual fee.

What are my benefits of joining the Network?

Are there any time constraints for remaining in the Network?

This contract is for a period of one year and will be tacitly renewed from year to year, unless either party (i.e.: the ‘Member or CSI) gives notice of termination to the other by PEC or registered letter with return receipt, at least 30 days before the expiration date.

Am I always required to go through CSI - International Network to relate to another agent?

Through the Network, you will receive the contacts of the real estate agent or professional who has the sales assignment, and you will have access to all the information relating to the property of your interest and the colleague who manages it.

Am I required to use your consultants (notary, lawyer, etc.) or can I also use my own?

You will not be obligated to use our consultants, but you will be free to lean on your own according to your needs. We offer you access to notaries who stipulate in Italian and English or to specialized attorneys, but you will always be able to use the professionals you trust.
