Internationalisation and networking, these were the key concepts behind CSI International Real Estate, the conference on major real estate sales in the world organised on Friday 19 May by Centro Servizi Immobiliari in Lecco at the Palazzo delle Paure Museum and online on Zoom. A unique opportunity for real estate professionals and expert consultants to meet, which was attended by no less than 70 investors from countries such as the United States, Canada, France, Turkey and Japan.

AN IDEA BORN FROM 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
The CSI International Real Estate Network is a new business division of Centro Servizi Immobiliari, the real estate brokerage and consulting company founded in Mandello del Lario by the undersigned in 1998 a full 25 years ago.
As Steve Jobs said “Great things in business are never done by one person. They are done by a team of people” and today my children Ilaria and Davide and a team of 20 collaborators work with me in the three offices in Milan, Lecco and Mandello del Lario.
Since 2014 I have been going to the United States every year to Mike Ferry’s Superstar Retreat in Las Vegas where I meet 5,000 real estate agents from all over the world, and it is from this experience that I came up with this wonderful initiative.
CSI International Real Estate Network is about to become a hub for those who want to invest in Italy with additional partner services or for those who want to invest outside the Italian borders.
GREEN TECHNOLOGY IN REAL ESTATE, FOR AN EFFICIENT AND SUSTAINABLE PLANET
Among our objectives we also want to protect our Italian real estate heritage by applying the Urban Regeneration regulations, i.e. the programme of redevelopment of the territory and especially of forgotten, unattended areas left to their own devices by marketing these places with Green Building projects with a broad international scope. This is why we have included in our team a foreign architect who studied in London and graduated from the Lecco Polytechnic.
We have our own format that we illustrate to the members of the CSI international Real Estate Network to leave a new sustainable footprint on the world, and we collaborate with financial institutions and brokers to offer our clients the financial business plan that best suits their needs.

It was born out of the real estate market’s need for agents and professionals dealing with properties from €500,000 to €10,000,000, i.e. that segment of the market which today brings added value.
