From the United States to Costa Rica, from the Arab Emirates to Canada, from France to Japan: on 16 May Milan becomes the capital of international real estate for one day.
Following the great success of the previous editions, the 3rd edition of the CSI International Real Estate will be held on Friday 16 May in Milan at the Hilton Hotel, bringing together industry players from all over the world, ready to talk about the new frontiers of the global market. Not only investment and real estate development: cryptocurrencies and artificial intelligence, tools destined to revolutionise the future of Real Estate transactions, are also among the central themes of the event. A journey through innovation, networking and new global opportunities.
Founded in 2022 by Loretta Lazzarini, a well-known real estate agent from Lecco, Italy, the CSI International Real Estate Network was born with the aim of creating a network of professionals capable of connecting the best performing real estate markets globally, involving construction companies, developers, investors and real estate agents in a dynamic and innovative community.
In just three years, CSI has achieved important goals, establishing connections between Italy and markets in the United States, Canada, South America, Europe, India, the United Arab Emirates, Japan and Australia. An achievement also crowned by the prestigious International Realtor certification issued by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), USA.
Theme of this year’s event: ‘Building Bridges in the International Real Estate Market’
The CSI International Real Estate 2025 will focus on new industry trends and opportunities for global collaboration, offering participants the chance to expand their network and enhance their international market vision.
The day’s programme will open at 13:30 with accreditation at the Hilton Hotel in Milan.
At 2.00 p.m. the proceedings will officially begin, moderated by Gerardo Paterna, an experienced real estate popularizer.
Institutional speeches will follow, starting with Loretta Lazzarini, CEO & Founder of CSI International Real Estate Network, who will illustrate the network’s goals and future vision.
Next, Francesco Cappello, President of Mike Ferry Italy, and Antonio Campagnoli, President of FIABCI, will take the floor, bringing their experience of the national and international real estate market.
Afterwards, Alessandro Pasqual, President of OID, will speak with a reflection on the latest data on world real estate.
At 3.00 p.m., Ilaria Profumi, digital innovator in Real Estate and Strategic Organizational Consultant for Internationalization in the Real Estate Sector, will bring her contribution on the power of a global network for the real estate agent of the future.
At 15:15, a specific focus on Cryptocurrencies and Artificial Intelligence will be addressed thanks to the speeches of notaries Daniele Minussi and Guido Brotto, founders of Officina Notarile, who will explore the future of real estate transactions in the digital era.
After a networking break and coffee break at 4 p.m., the proceedings will resume at 4.30 p.m. with the intervention of Ilaria Mauri, International Manager of CSI International Real Estate Network, who will introduce the session dedicated to international connections.
In this second part of the event, we will hear first-hand accounts from the global market: Kelly Capolino (Florida, USA) and Alessandro Fedele (Florida, USA, OPISAS) will share the trends and prospects of the US market, while Lisa Vomero Inouye (California, USA) will offer a glimpse of the West Coast.
From Central America, Ivan Cervellin will bring the experience of the construction industry in Costa Rica; from the United Arab Emirates, Rebai Belgacem will recount the real estate expansion in Dubai; and finally, Marco Rosso of Chiusano Immobiliare will present the trend of the French market.
At 6.15 p.m., the title of CSI Ambassador will be conferred, a special recognition for those who have distinguished themselves in promoting the network internationally.
The works are scheduled to close at 6.30 pm.
