The trip included several strategic stops: in India, Lazzarini visited Madras and Cochin, while in the Arab Emirates she focused on Dubai. “Ten years after my last trip to India, I found a country in complete evolution, with a strong drive towards real estate investment. “Subsequently, I signed a cooperation agreement with Damac, the leading private Emirati company specialised in the construction sector, and with Ays Developers, a company that is also active in the Dubai real estate market.
